Understanding our refund and cancellation terms
At Legalli, we aim to provide high-quality professional services. Refunds are applicable only for the service fee portion and subject to the conditions mentioned below.
A refund of service fees may be considered if work on your order has not been initiated. Once processing has begun, refunds will not be provided.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
• Government or statutory fees paid
• Third-party charges (CA, CS, lawyer, consultants, portals)
• Delay caused due to incorrect information from the client
• Change of mind after purchase
• Services already delivered or in progress
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellation may not be accepted.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Initiating chargebacks without contacting Legalli may result in account suspension.
Legalli reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
